Today, you have to deal with the customers of 2019 who will find all kind of information from online and you no longer pitch on them with color, cut, clarity and caret of the diamonds.
You have to focus on why the customer has chosen your shop after ignoring all other competitors.
- Train the technology.
You must approach your customers with open heart and make them to feel your shop is a unique one by creating a positive impression. You must try to use various latest technological methods to do presentation so that it can attract their attention.
They need to feel excited by looking at your presentation with a perfect watch or by looking at an exquisite diamond ring.
